I currently offer three Poll Types:

• Basic Polls - voters choose one from a list of options.
• Binary Poll - voters choose as many as they like from a list of options.
• Ranking Poll - voters rank options in order of preference. The default algorithm for this type of poll is Borda count - however you may also choose instant runoff.

The default duration for advanced (binary and ranking) polls is set to 4 weeks. This may be changed at the time of creation from 1 day to unlimited. In order to maintain focus, it's probably best to set a realistic timeframe for your poll.

I may look at other types of poll at some point, if there's any demand, but for now, that's it.
